Dons striker Sam Baldock has been named in the England Under 20's squad for the FIFA World Cup tournament which takes place in Egypt later this month.
The young Lions campaign gets unerway with a game against Uruguay in Ismailia on 26th September.They then face Ghana at the same venue on 29th September and Uzbekistan in Suez three days later.
"We are all incredibly proud that Sam has been chosen to represent his country for such a prestigious competition," Dons chairman Pete Winkelman said.
"The standard of players he will now be rubbing shoulders with underlines what a wonderful talent he is."
