The Dons defender was booked for unsporting behaviour by referee Paul Tierney 22 minutes into the 2-2 draw against The Glovers at Stadium:mk on Saturday.
As a consequence McCracken will now have to serve an automatic one game ban and will sit out the weekend game against Orient at The Matchroom Stadium.
