"I'm disappointed that the things we've worked on this week haven't been put into practice - the defending early on was diabolical," Ince said after the 2-2 draw on Saturday.
"I gave them a rollicking at half-time and the second half it was all about us. We either cut out the fundamental mistakes or we'll bring new people in.
"It was important to get something to build on. I know it wasn't a win but, the way things have been going the last three or four weeks, it's an improvement.
"The thing about my team is that they have a never-say-die attitude, if they keep conceding early goals I think they'll need it.
"But we're still trying to build and see what players we want for next season."
