The Dons had to come from a goal down to win against the Canaries in front of the live television cameras at Stadium MK on Monday night and although Ince believed that his side were fortunate in gaining a penalty which secured the 2-1 victory, he believed that overall The Dons deserved to take all three points from the game.
"I personally don't think it was a penalty, it could have gone either way," the Dons boss said after the match.
"I can go back to when we played Hartlepool here, when we played Swindon away when there were two blatant penalties we didn't get.
"You can go on about the penalty but at the end of the day, Stevie Gleeson could have had two goals, and Jemal Johnson. We had enough clear-cut chances to put the game to bed.
"It wasn't a turnaround. I think it was a shock conceding the goal but after that they didn't have a shot in the first half. We had most of the play, most of the possession, so really it was a case of a bit more belief that you can actually get something from the game. We showed that.
"Norwich are a very good side, they came down from the Championship, so I'm very pleased.
"It is testament to our players. Not only did we claw our way back but we looked as if we could have had five or six, to be honest."
