D'Urso Upsets Ince

The Dons boss thought that Leeds' goalscorer Robert Snodgrass should not have been on the pitch when he scvored the winning goal in the final minute of the game at Stadium MK on Saturday.

Snodgrass received just a yellow card for pushing Dons skipper Dean Lewington in the head during the first half and Ince felt the Leeds player should have been red carded for the offence.

"I was sent off once in the Premier League when I was a player and that was for raising my hand to Niall Quinn, so for Snodgrass to do that to our skipper and still remain on the park is a disgrace," Ince said.

"I thought the referee absolutely lost control of the whole game.''

Dons midfielder Jason Puncheon was shortly after the incident shown a straight red card by D'Urso for a tackle on Michael Doyle which Ince thought only warranted a yellow card.

"Puncheon got the ball first with his tackle but his second leg took the lad - it's a definite booking but a harsh red," the Dons boss added.

"The ref has pulled the red card out straight away but he has got to hang about and think `there's two good teams, 17,000 people here, let's apply a bit of common sense'.

"He ruined the game for us. He's done his stuff in the Premier League so he's obviously a good referee but I thought his consistency was very poor.

"Everything seemed to be going towards Leeds. It was hard enough playing against Leeds with 10 men, let alone having to deal with some of the decisions that he made.''
