Ince, who watched from the stands due to a chest infection, said: "We were by far the better side, our keeper only had one save to make.
"The result should have been a bit more emphatic, but at this stage of the season you've just got to get as many points as you can, it doesn't matter how you do it.
"I've got a chest infection and I thought if I spend the second half shouting at that lot it would make it worse, so I thought maybe I'd stay up there. But it worked so I might do that again.
"The sad thing about the position we are in is that there have been games we've been disappointing in. It's out of our hands, we've just got to try and win every game and we'll see where it takes us."
