D day approaches for the Dons, with less than 48 hrs to go when this was typed out, the nerves are starting to jangle. What we’re going to be like Saturday heaven knows, but it looks like we’re going to have a near full house with The Cowshed and two of the four blocks in the South Stand sold out and very few seats remaining in the North Stand the club are considering a first in MK, segregating the West Stand which has been reserved entirely for away supporters and housing the overflow of Dons fans in the Southern half of the stand.

Without the outcome of the final match and the name of our the division we’ll be playing in next season known, the Dons are already looking to the future, in the shape of the ‘bubble’ a state of the art dome for the Academy Training centre at Woughton, this will enable us to retain our Academy status one of the things held true by the Wimbledon side before their move nearly two years ago. The club hold the Academy in high esteem, they know that the future of the club could come from the kids that are with us already and the ones having trials during the summer.

We hear that there will be face painting, in club colours only for the children, there’s no use asking for a butterfly or a tiger, its gold, white red and black only in the shape of the M and the K in the badge and it costs 50p for junior members of the Supporters Association and a whole pound if your not a member.

If we’re going down we’re going to do it style and with partying on the agenda, a packed NHS is the place to be, live coverage of our game on Three Counties Radio for the first time this season, it the only time we’ve topped Luton Town in their promotion season, so we’ll enjoy our day in the Sun, while the rest of football watches our fate unravel.
